DGC 2026 Monday Night Putting League -Winter Session
The DGC Monday Night Putting League is back for another exciting season!
Starting January 12, 2026, the 8-week winter session at the Calgary Horseshoe Club will offer a fun, friendly environment for disc golfers of all skill levels. With different weekly formats—like Horseshoes, Obstacles, Relay and everyone's favorite Greed—players can improve their putting, compete for cash prizes, and connect with the amazing Calgary Disc Golf Community! Registration opens on December 18 at 7:00 PM—with only 45 spots available, be sure to register early so you don’t miss out!

Important Details
- DGC Membership is required to participate.
- Prepaid Cost: $90 for 8 weeks.
- Player Cap: Maximum of 45 players; a waiting list will be maintained in case of dropouts.
- No refunds for missed weeks.
- League fees cover venue rental, cash payouts, door prizes, and a donation to DGC.
- Full-size Innova Discatcher baskets will be used.
League Format
Each week will feature a different game format, providing fun challenges and variety:
- Horseshoes – Straight putting competition with random doubles partners across 4-5 rounds.
- Obstacles – A doubles competition featuring obstructed putts.
- Greed – The further you throw, the more points you get... if your team has more in the basket than your opponents.
- Relay – Pushing people beyond their usual comfort zone to throw from various distances.
This league is the perfect chance to sharpen your putting skills and enjoy friendly competition in a welcoming environment. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to disc golf, you'll receive helpful tips from experienced players while connecting with the community.
